SITUATION

Client needed 18" round by 60" round slotted stainless cylinder that is perfectly round and electropolished finish.

CHALLENGE

The product would have to withstand multiple fabricating processes and hold its finish and perfect roundness.

SOLUTION

We laser cut the slots in the blank and then rolled and welded a perfectly round cylinder using our sophisticated rolling machines to preform and our experience in welding material to provide no distortion.

RESULT

The customer is in the process of putting together the prototype machine for a trade show.
